Mendoza City & Around
Argentina's Mendoza province is known around the world as the wine center of South America, consistently ranking amongst the top ten wine regions internationally. Nestled in the foothills of the Andes mountains against the Argentina-Chile border, the climate is perfect for growing grape varietals for the production red wine. Most notably, the malbec and the cabernet sauvignon appear in the international market. These photos come from our wine tours in the Maipu region of the province, as well as some from our stay in the province's capital, the city of Mendoza.
